The Municipality of Ajdovščina is another Slovenian municipality to choose Quoroom, an advanced software solution for managing and conducting structured meetings. With this step, the municipality has modernised work in its council chamber, where clear procedures, reliable execution and compliance with the rules of procedure are essential for the efficient work of municipal bodies.

In this setup, special attention was given to local meeting management. Users can prepare and conduct meetings directly in the local environment, including meeting administration, attendance checks and voting. This design supports the full meeting workflow, from preparing the agenda to carrying out individual procedures during the session.

An important part of the setup is the display of key meeting information on large screens in the chamber. Participants can clearly follow the agenda, attendance status, requests to speak and voting results.

At the Municipality of Ajdovščina, Quoroom acts as the central part of an integrated meeting solution, connected to Bosch Dicentis desktop microphone and voting units, as well as to the Crestron system for room equipment control and wall-mounted camera control. This integration allows software-based meeting management, the use of conference equipment and the display of information in the room to work together in a coordinated and transparent way.
