The Municipality of Ajdovščina is another Slovenian municipality to choose Quoroom. The system is tailored to the municipality’s rules of procedure and connects meeting management, voting, attendance checks, in-room information display, live streaming and integration with Bosch Dicentis and Crestron systems.

The City Municipality of Ljubljana has chosen Quoroom for the preparation, management and review of council sessions. The system supports work with agendas, attendance, discussions and voting, while also making it easier to prepare reports after each session.

RTV Slovenija uses Quoroom to support the management of meetings of its Programme Council and Workers’ Council. The system helps structure meeting procedures, decision-making, attendance tracking and the recording of data relevant to the transparent work of different bodies within the public institution.

The University of Ljubljana uses Quoroom to support the management of university senate sessions. The system enables structured session preparation, clear handling of agenda items, voting procedures and reliable documentation of processes that are important for the work of the university’s highest academic body.

The Parliament of the Republic of Kosovo has selected Quoroom to support the management of sessions at the highest state level. The solution enables structured session preparation, reliable execution of procedures, secure handling of data, and transparent tracking of discussions, attendance, and decisions.

The Municipality of Velenje has chosen Quoroom to support the management of municipal council sessions. This is the first Quoroom installation in which Televic microphone and voting units are used as the integrated hardware system.

At the time when hybrid has been heralded as the future of work, the videoconferencing solutions have seen an unprecedented rise on the global market. Even though the global pandemic seems to be slowing down, the hybrid model of work has become the “new normal” and is here to stay.
